How do I get this upcoming Saturday's detailed menu?

Drop us (817 587 4354) a WhatsApp message with the following text 'detailed menu for Saturday, June 13 delivery (2026-06-13)'. Alternatively, Use the green colored WhatsApp link on the Order Card that reads 'Get detailed menu'. It will open your WhatsApp with a prefilled message asking us for the detailed menu for the 'selected' Saturday.

What an Idli delivers the Family Pack to your door-step once a week on Saturday morning, between 6am and 8:30am. The ordering page shows the available upcoming Saturday delivery dates.

What is in the Family Pack?

Following is an example of what is in a Family Pack: 15 Soft Fluffy Warm Idlies A 32oz Korma or other Curry A second 32oz Sambaar Any Two 12oz Chutneys-of-the-week One surprise dish prepared to our Chef's inspiration The menu changes slightly each week. But the overall structure remains the same: Idli-Curry-Chutney-Surprise The Family Pack is designed as one simple vegetarian menu structure with weekly variations. The product page lists what is included and links to WhatsApp for the detailed weekly menu.

Can I order more than one Family Pack?

Yes. Use the plus and minus quantity controls on the Family Pack page before adding the item to your cart.

Do I need an account to order?

The web experience supports sign up and login so your cart, checkout, and delivery details can be handled securely.

Can I log in with phone OTP?

Yes. What an Idli supports phone OTP login, including WhatsApp-based OTP where available, plus email login as an alternate path.

Can I sign in with email and password or only with phone OTP?

Either path works on What an Idli: use phone verification (OTP) whenever you prefer, register with email and password, or add email and “Set password” later on your Profile page. Your account stays the same—we only unlock more login options.

If I verified with WhatsApp/SMS OTP, am I locked into OTP forever?

No. OTP remains available whenever you want it. Optionally add your real email plus a saved password under Profile—then you can sign in either way.

What are the rules for passwords and how do resets work?

Passwords must be at least eight characters including one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one digit. Forgot your password? Use “Forgot password” on the Login page (you’ll receive a reset email at the address tied to your account). If you signed up phone-only first, consider adding your real email on Profile before resetting.

The web app is being built to support full ordering and checkout. Payment availability depends on the current rollout stage shown during checkout.
