What an Idli provides preorder food preparation and delivery services within select service areas in Texas, including portions of the Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan area. Orders are fulfilled on scheduled delivery dates and are subject to product availability and operational capacity.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, cancel orders, or modify menu offerings at any time. An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment processing.
Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, operational delays, or other factors. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, ensuring someone is available to receive the order when required, and providing a valid contact phone number. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or inability to contact the customer, refunds may not be available.
Our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to dairy, nuts, lentils, wheat/gluten, soy, and spices. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should exercise caution and contact us before ordering if needed. Prepared food should be consumed promptly or refrigerated according to safe food handling practices.
Because food preparation begins in advance of delivery, cancellations and refunds may be limited. Refunds may be considered for incorrect orders, missing items, or verified quality issues reported promptly after delivery. We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and fees may be added during checkout. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store complete payment card information on our systems.
From time to time, we may offer promotional or eligibility-based discount codes (for example, a student discount code). Discount codes are subject to the terms stated when the code is issued, including eligibility requirements, expiration dates, and any limits on use. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a discount code at any time.
Some discount codes may include delivery restrictions. Where a discount code provides for restricted delivery, door delivery to your residence or unit may not be available. In those cases, we may arrange drop-off at a convenient outdoor or common-area pickup location near the building (for example, just outside the entrance). You are responsible for walking a short distance to collect your order at the agreed time and location. If you are unable or unwilling to meet at the designated pickup point, we may cancel or refuse the discounted order, and refund eligibility will be determined under our refunds and cancellations terms.
Applying a discount code constitutes acceptance of any delivery or pickup conditions associated with that code, in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages, account verification messages, order updates, delivery notifications, and customer support communications. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP where applicable.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.
