By accessing or using WhatAnIdli.com (the “Website”), placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Services
What an Idli provides preorder food preparation and delivery services within select service areas in Texas, including portions of the Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan area. Orders are fulfilled on scheduled delivery dates and are subject to product availability and operational capacity.
Orders & acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, cancel orders, or modify menu offerings at any time. An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment processing.
Delivery
Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, operational delays, or other factors. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, ensuring someone is available to receive the order when required, and providing a valid contact phone number. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or inability to contact the customer, refunds may not be available.
Food safety & allergens
Our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to dairy, nuts, lentils, wheat/gluten, soy, and spices. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should exercise caution and contact us before ordering if needed. Prepared food should be consumed promptly or refrigerated according to safe food handling practices.
Refunds & cancellations
Because food preparation begins in advance of delivery, cancellations and refunds may be limited. Refunds may be considered for incorrect orders, missing items, or verified quality issues reported promptly after delivery. We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Pricing & payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and fees may be added during checkout. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store complete payment card information on our systems.
Messaging & communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages, account verification messages, order updates, delivery notifications, and customer support communications. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP where applicable.
Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including logos, branding, text, images, and designs, is the property of What an Idli and/or Cibus Ethicus LLC unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, What an Idli and Cibus Ethicus LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Website or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.
